My research & learning have given me valuable experiences and helped me discover many interesting skills & techniques. I nurture & explore these skills, aiming to inspire as well as work hard to make or improve environments that people operate in.

Online, my main tools include VS Code, GIT, Javascript, Python, Solr/Elk, PHP, Docker, Photoshop, any flavours of HTML/CSS that are appropriate, including Sass or CSS-in-JS such as Emotion. I'm very familiar with React, Redux & UI Frameworks like MUI. I've built countless REST APIs in Node.js & Python and become expert at implementing GraphQL standards in order to build GraphQL servers in various languages. Mac or PC? It doesn't matter; I've always seen them as tools to be creative with, not as accessories. I've been told I'm extremely pragmatic, which I guess is why I make online apps like this one, so I can try new things out.

This app is currently driven by a database through a pure GraphQL server for its data. There is no C(a)M(es)S getting in the way, which has allowed for far more creative exploration on the front end using Next.js. I am however, thinking of using something like Payload to define some of that data in the future.
